Following qualification in 1979 and practising as a chartered accountant in general practice, John E V Kenny has been actively involved in many significant High Court cases. He has also provided valuations for businesses and unquoted companies. He has been involved in assessing and reporting on the impact of both commercial and criminal fraud.  John is actively involved in assisting individuals involved in family law matters.

John has an intuitive and practical approach to the assessment of losses in a broad variety of commercial, professional negligence (accountants and investment advisers) and medical negligence cases providing expert evidence based on underlying documentation and an assessment of the key issues affecting each case. 

His qualification in 2013 as a personal insolvency practitioner (PIP) is backed by significant experience in dealing with the issues of personal insolvency. He brings an empathic and intuitive approach to each individual’s circumstances.
