Eric Hendy, B Comm FCA AITI CTA Dip in Insolvency QFA CertPIP PIP

Eric qualified as a chartered accountant in 1999 and as a chartered tax advisor with the Irish Taxation Institute in 2002. Eric completed the Certificate in Personal Insolvency in May, 2013 and has been registered with the Insolvency Service of Ireland (ISI) as a personal insolvency practitioner (PIP) in August, 2013.

Eric became the principal of R Hendy & Co. in 2000. R Hendy & Co. is a progressive accountancy practice with a highly qualified team of staff. As principal in R Hendy & Co., Eric oversees all personal insolvency cases and negotiates on a high level with the financial institutions on behalf of debtors.

In 2014, Eric was elected as the chairman of the Association of Personal Insolvency Practitioners (APIP) and has worked in conjunction with the Insolvency Service of Ireland (ISI), the Department of Justice and the Department of Social Protection in relation to legislative changes in the insolvency system.
