Maurice Lenihan is personal insolvency practitioner (PIP) at Moore Stephens Debt Solutions.  In 2013, he was among the first PIPs authorised by the Insolvency Service of Ireland (ISI).  Since that time, he has successfully completed a number of personal insolvency arrangements (PIAs) and debt settlement arrangements (DSAs). Maurice is also treasurer and volunteer director of Limerick MABS Ltd and has served on the board since 2012.   

Maurice is a qualified chartered accountant with over 20 years’ experience.   He trained with BDO, Dublin and subsequently worked with PWC.  He has been a partner in Moore Stephens, Limerick since 2003 and provides a range of audit, tax, corporate finance, insolvency and business advisory services to a diverse client base. 

Maurice is very focused on helping clients to understand and assess their situation with the view to finding appropriate and sustainable long-term solutions. This approach, coupled with his extensive experience, has assisted considerably in getting arrangements approved by creditors.
